Welcome. These terms explain how to order from our farm shop, what to expect from our fresh products and how we handle your purchase. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
We take pre-orders to make sure we have the chicken, eggs and other products you want in stock. If your plans change, let us know as soon as you can so we can sell your allocation to another customer. Orders not collected by the agreed time may be released.
Our range of eggs, chicken and natural products changes with the seasons and what our poultry farm produces. Prices may shift as feed costs and availability change. If something you've ordered is sold out, we'll suggest the best fresh alternative we have.
For specific orders — particular cuts, larger quantities, or custom requests — give us several days' notice. We may ask for a deposit on larger orders. If you need to cancel, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Feel free to browse and share our website. Don't use our photos, descriptions or branding for commercial purposes without permission first.
We're careful about every egg we pack, every chicken we prepare, and every detail on this site. The website may sometimes have errors or brief downtime — if you spot something wrong, please tell us and we'll fix it quickly.
